  • pumping of foreign funds
  • fall in crude oil prices.
  • lesser demand for gold.
  • Population stabilization.
  • Make people more skilled&more disciplined.
 we need fast economic growth. 
How it happens? 
By creating employment to all workable people. For this to happen,the  govt has to boost infra projects. rail&road net work,ports,power grids,digital net works,mining,manufacturing,etc....

 so,for sustainable economic growth, we have to built projects for which we need  sustained inflow of foreign funds.so we have to attract Foreign direct investments. thats our Modi or Chandra babu are doing by parleying with big brother countries and raised the slogan-"Make in India".
There is a difference between FIIs(equities,debtswhich are volatile and depends on sensex movement) and FDIs which are stable&long term investment funds. 
we need much more FDIs and we need much more remittances from NRI diaspora,for which our prime minister frequently wooing the NRI s in every country he visits.

 Make india an attractive destination for all investors. 
Make in india,digital india,smart cities are various projects our PM&our CM moots and canvassing in every country they  visits.
