మన రుషులు ,ప్రవక్తలు అందరూ తరతరాలుగా చెప్తుంది ఒకే ఒక్కటి. ధ్యానం చేయండి.అన్నీ సర్దుకుంటాయి. అంతటా  ప్రశాంతత ని అనుభూతి చెంద వచ్చు. ధ్యానం. మనస్సు రకరకాల పౌనపున్యం తొ కంపించే ఒక శక్తి  ప్రవాహం. చుట్టూ ఉన్న కాస్మిక్ శక్తిని మనకు అందనివ్వకుండా ఈ మానసిక శక్తి ప్రవాహం,ఒక నిరోధం లాగా పనిచేస్తుంది. ఎప్పుడైతేఈ నిరోధాన్ని మనం తగ్గించగలమో,అప్పుడే కాస్మిక్ శక్తి మనలోకి ప్రవహించి మన చైతన్యాన్ని విశ్వ స్థాయికి వ్యాపింప చేస్తుంది. చైతన్యాన్ని మనం శివ అంటాము. కాస్మిక్ శక్తిని అమ్మా అంటాము. మనస్సుని తరంగాలు లేకుండా చేయడ మెలా? మనస్సు కున్న ఒక లక్షణం అది దేనినైతే చూస్తుందో దాని లా మారిపోతుంది.ఒక స్వీట్ ని చూసి దనిపై తదేక దీక్ష పెడితే  అది ఆ తీపి మిటాయి లక్షణాలను సంతరించు కొంటుంది. నీరు ఏ పాత్రలో పొస్తే ఆయా పాత్రల ఆకారాన్ని  పొందుతుంది గదా. అందుకే,మానసిక శక్తి పౌన పున్యాన్ని తగ్గించుకొంటూ శూన్య స్థాయికి తెసుకెళ్ళాలంటే,శూన్యం పై మనస్సుని కేంద్రీకరిస్తే కొంత కాలానికి మనస్సు శూన్యం లాగా,అంటే శూన్యమై పోతుంది. .దేవుడు అనే భావం ఎలా ఉంటుంది?ఎలాంటి లక్షణాలు,వికారాలు...

మంత్రాన్ని ఎలా పలకాలి?  నాభి నుండి గాలిని పైకి లాగుతూ గొంతు  , ఆ తర్వాత అంగుటి వరకు గాలి ని ప్ర కంపింప చేస్తూ ధ్వనిని ఉత్పత్తి చేయాలి . ఆ ధ్వని పైకి వినిపించ  కుండా మన లోనే అనగా షట్ చక్రాలన్నీ కంపిస్తూ చేసే ప్రయత్న మే సిసలైన మంత్రో చ్చారణ . అ ఉ మ  - ఇవి కలిసి ఓమ్ గా విన పడుతుంది . బీజా క్షరాలు   ఏదైనా చంద్ర కళ లేదా నాద బిందు  "మ్ " తో ఆగుతాయి. క్రీమ్ , క్లీం , శ్రీం , రమ్ , లమ్ ,వమ్ ,యమ్ , హమ్ దేవత లనగా శబ్ద తరంగాలు. ఆ తరంగాలకు రూపాలు బీజ అక్షరాలు . ఒక విధం గా ఈ  అక్షరా లే  యంత్రాలు.  మనలోని ప్రాణ శరీరం ,కుండలినీ ప్రవాహం , మనస్సు ఇవన్నీ వివిధ పౌన పున్యం  తో స్పందించే  శక్తి తరంగాలు . ప్రతి మంత్రానికి ఒక విధ మైన పౌన పున్యం( frequency) ,స్థాయి (amplitude) ఉంటాయి .  మనం ఏ మంత్రం ఉచ్చరిస్తా మో , ఆ ప్రకంపనకు అనువర్తనం గా(resonance) ఉన్నశ బ్ట త రంగం  లేదా శక్తి లేదా దేవత మనలో నే ప్రకటిత మవుతుంది . అనగా మనలోని శబ్ద శరీరం ఆయా దేవత ల శబ్ద...

స్వస్తి ఫ్రజాభ్య: పరిపాలయంథాం| న్యాయేన మార్గేన మహీం మహీశా:|| గోబ్రాహ్మణేభ్య : శుభమస్థు నిత్యం | లోకా సమస్తా :స్సుఖినో భవంతు:|| సనాతన భా రతావని లో ఆవు కు  ఎందుకు ఎక్కువ ప్రాముఖ్యత ఇచ్చారు ? ఆవు గొప్ప తనం గురించి , ఆధ్యాత్మిక పరం గా ఎన్నో విషయాలు వేదం, పురాణాలు చెప్పినా నేటి కాలానికి అవి నమ్మకం కలిగించ లేవు . అందుకే సామాజిక పరం గా ,ఆర్ధిక పరం గా , మనిషి జీవన పోషణ పరం గా చూద్దాం .  సంస్కృత భాష లో భూమిని కూడ గోవు' అని పిలుస్తారు . పూర్వం , మనిషికి ముఖ్య జీవనోపాధి పశుపోషణే .ప్రజల సంపద అంతా  జీవాల రూపం లో  అంటే -  ఆవు, గొర్రె ,మేక, గుర్రం -ఇలా ఉండేది . ఆ తర్వాత వ్యవసాయం  , ఖనిజ సంపద ని వెలికి తీయడం ,అడవుల సంపద ని  విచ్చల విడిగా వాడు కోవటం జరిగింది . ఆవు ,దాని సంతానం మనిషి జీవన పరిణామంలో పెనవేసుకు పోయింది . పాలు ,పెరుగు,నెయ్యి ,మజ్జిగ తదితర ఆహారాన్ని ఇచ్చేవి ., పొలంలో దుక్కి ,బండి లాగుట  మొదలగు వ్యవసాయ  పనులను చేసేవి . వాటి మల మూత్రాలు ఎరువుగా ,ఇంధనం గా ఉపయోగ పడేవి . మిగతా జం...

విలువలతో కూడిన విద్య . ఋషులు ,మునులు ,సద్గురువులు మన సనాతన ధర్మ సారధులు. గురుకుల ఆశ్రమ విద్యార్ధులు  మన వారధులు . ఎలా జీవించి ,సమాజాన్ని బతికించాలో ఆ నాడు చెప్పేవారు .  నేడు , జీవితం అటుంచి , ఎలా ఉద్యోగం చేయాలో కూడ  చెప్పలేక పోతున్నారు . సాంకేతిక విద్య అందరికీ అందుబాటు లో కొచ్చింది . రకరకాల వృత్తులు ఏర్పడ్డాయి . సేవా రంగం ,కళా రంగం, వినోద ,సమాచార మాధ్యమం అత్యంత వేగం తో మనిషిని చుట్టెస్తున్నాయి . ఇవన్నీ ఇంతలా అభివృద్ధి చెందటం మంచిదే .కానీ,  ఉత్పత్తి రంగం కునారిల్లుతోంది . సమతుల్యత పోయింది . ఉన్న భూమికి  ,పెరిగే జనాభాకు లంగర్ అందటం లేదు .  -ఖనిజ సంపద, అడవులు, నదులు, చెరువులు - అన్నీ పూర్తిగా ఆక్రమించ బడి  ప్రక్రుతి క కా వికలమై పోతుంది . వ్యక్తీ , వ్యష్టి (సంఘం) ప్రశాంతం గా ఉండా  లంటే మనిషి ఎలా ఉండా లో వేర్పేది అసలైన విద్య . ఆ రెండూ శాంతి గా  ఉన్నప్పుడే ఉత్పాదకత పెరిగి సంపద ,ఆరోగ్యం ,జీవన ప్రమాణం పెరుగుతుంది . కనుక నే ,ఆ కాలం లో మనిషికి అది భౌతిక , అది ఆత్మిక ఆలోచనలు కలిగి ...

No country has such a civilization with  free flowing thought process, independence of  thought systems and ever green  customs& beliefs as like india. its a great confluence of civilizations having common thread of vedic or sanatan or eternal faith . why there is lot of animosity and bad blood between hinduism and muslimism ? actually the question should be as, why muslims hate hindus and other religious people? In my opinion,every ancient or historical incident,custom,sampradaya should not be judged with today's mind set. we should not come to hasty conclusions as every major or minor custom of the past era  has been depending on sociopolitical circumstances and dharmic code prevailing over in those times  that influenced the nature & behaviour  of ordinary  persons & royals. Any how,after analysing  the dharma raju's role in  mahabharat, my comments are as follows: 1. as a leader,its not sufficient to be well versed with the dharma but its also very crucial to have the attitude of how to execute and when to implement the dharma karma.   why was Yudhishthira reluctant to punish the wrong doers and had to be goaded by Draupadi, Bhima and Kunti to pick up arms against Kauravas?  Leaders must have  both Satwic and Rajasic gunas in their style and so,they must perform enlightened actions. ధర్మ క్షేత్రాన్ని యుద్ద వేదికగా చేసుకొని అరిషడ్వర్గాలతో (basic instincts) అలమటిస్తున్న కౌరవులు , మానుష్య ధర్మానికి కట్టుబడియున్న పాండవుల మధ్య జరిగిన  సంఘర్షణే మహా భారత యుద్దం . అర్జునుడు చిన్న నాటి నుండి , అన్న ధర్మ రాజు భోధల వలన , శ్రీ కృష్ణుని సహా చర్యం వలన ,శివ తపస్సు వలన ధర్మ సాధన లో పరిణితి పొందిన మనిషి . అలాంటి వ్యక్తీ కూడ ప్రచండ యుద్ధ పరిస్థితి లో ఎన్నో రకాల సందేహాలతో  వ్యాకులత చెంది నిర్వీర్యుడ య్యాడు . మాయతొ (illusion ) - అంటే అరిషడ్వర్గాలతో కూడిన మానసిక స్థితిలో మనిషి  సందేహం , గందరగోళం , నిరాసక్తి , నిర్వేదం , నిరుత్సాహం తో ఉంటాడు . మాయ -illusion  అంటే అర్ధం ? illusion means twisted or false perception. illusion doesn't mean absence. what is Dharma?
